The first move I've experienced that I have not ended the experience as a stressed out mess.This moving company is simply amazing. They came in clutch for me when I had problems with another moving company 2 days before I needed to move. The packers were so fast and completed 2 hours early and under estimate! The next day was moving day on a local move and there were a couple glitches, but they more than went above and beyond to make everything right!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and as a 19 year military spouse, I've been around the block with more than a few moving companies.I wish PNW Movers could do ALL my moves! Everyone from customer service to every single mover I worked with was respectful, professional, and so easy to work with.

Three days after my move, I am finally getting to this review. But I want to make sure Bryan and Malik receive their due. They were professional, personable, respectful, and resourcefully hard workers. They arrived on schedule and carefully accessed the load before planning how to move things. The truck was large enough to easily move everything in one trip, which was great. They wrapped all my furniture, some of which was challenging for a crew of two. Still, I was pleased by our rapport and communication during the move, while I stayed out of the way as much as possible. The hardest piece to move was the extremely heavy Captain's bed (which took me nearly a whole day to assemble 7 years ago). But we conferred together about moving the entire frame in intact rather than dismantling it. Although challenging, the guys managed skillfully with no major issues. The bottom line is that their physically demanding work was well worth the price and tip, especially since they completed the move within the estimated time, and nothing was broken or damaged. I couldn't have done it without them. And I am glad I chose locally-based PNW Moving & Delivery.

On the 29th Jan. This was my second time using PNW, just like the first time the gentleman did an excellent job with packing/unpacking my items. Everything done in a timely manner. If I by chance have another move sometime in the future, I will definitely be using PNW again. The receptionist I believe Mrs.Lisa..was great and helpful as well. Thank You😊

I highly recommend PNW Moving & Delivery. They were professional, affordable, and the movers were fantastic! They were quick, took very good care of my furniture and had a great attitude. My move was tricky because some of my things were going into storage & some to my house. They got everything put in the correct locations and I didn't have to oversee or micromanage them. I also changed my move date a week before my original scheduled date & they accommodated me with no problem. Don't waste your time calling around to a bunch of places, PNW Moving is the only call you need to make.One year later:I had some furniture that I got from a friend and I hired PNW again because I had such a positive experience last year. Yet again, they were awesome! Nazar & Vicktor were professional, fast but careful, worked with me for some last minute changes (had a couple more items that I wasn't planning on getting). They were wonderful! I'm moving again on the 28th to a home my husband and I bought & we are using them for that move to. It's great because I have peace of mind knowing everything will go smoothly. Who needs more stress when your moving? With PNW moving, you don't have to worry about anything!

I strongly encourage you to use PNW for your move. I've moved a lot in the past, and PNW were the best in every way. They are super responsive, and come by to actually see for themselves what you have to move so there are no surprises in cost on the day of the move. Their price was very competitive to others, but you'll get much higher value from PNW. They were very careful in the move respecting your property and making every precaution to not damage your stuff. In my case, I had a large 82" Samsung TV that was less than a year old. I asked for the special large TV boxes and they were super careful in packaging it up. However, as can happen in a move, even with all their care the TV internals were damaged as I got a rainbow screen when I turned it on a day or so later. I contacted PNW, and they were VERY professional and took ownership of the damage. I showed them the damaged picture, and provided them my receipt of what the TV cost when I bought it less than a year earlier. They refunded me the full price of the TV without hassle. We've all heard horror stories on movers, but PNW is the opposite end of that spectrum. My move was last December, so I'm late in providing this review, but I wanted to be sure to share this story. Speaking of that, they accomodated my wish to have the move after xmas and before new years as well. A real special company in an industry where there are a lot of questionable companies out there.

Oh my gosh! These guys were amazing! We had to move a huge, heavy, and awkward tub up two flights of stairs. The house is a Victorian so the stairs are skinny and steep. The owner of the company came to scope out the job and strategize a way to move it. He was incredibly professional and kind. He really wanted to ensure the safety of the tub and his guys. It took 4 people to move it. I was impressed that the owner came to help them out too.The guys were so kind, professional, and attentive. We really trusted them to do the job.There was not a scratch on the tub! NOT ONE!Believe me - hire these guys. They do an amazing job.

This company just does things right. It started with the first phone call I made, quickly answered by a woman who was knowledgable, friendly and incredibly helpful. A few emails followed with great advice for the move. We then got a visit from the estimator who was helpful and followed up quickly with an extremely fair price. The best part was meeting the team who did all the heavy lifting. Brian, Ymani, Malik, Nazaar, & Vlad arrived on time and fully prepared to do the gnarly job of moving our extremely heavy office space across town. They worked non-stop, going up and down stairs moving our heavy equipment with wonderful attitudes. I highly recommend this company to do any of your moves, whether it’s office space or home moves. They are quick to respond, fair in price, extremely careful with your goods, and just damn nice people! Our entire office staff gave them big thumbs up!

My husband and I moved last week from one Gig Harbor home to another. Our realtor referred us to PNW. They were amazing! Positive attitude the entire day. Completely professional, capable, polite, hardworking, clean-cut young men. They never stopped, never complained and after a very long day of moving asked us if would we like anything moved to a different location, because they wanted to make sure we were happy. They weren’t in a frantic rush to leave and made sure we were completely happy before they did leave.We could not have been happier! We highly recommend PNW!

We had these gentlemen move us from the west side to the east side of WA. The move was brutal. Lots of heavy furniture like arcade games, hot tub, glass pieces to furniture, etc. Not only did everything arrive unbroken, but they were flexible with the delivery time. They were fast and very professional. We were very impressed with them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing help with moving. Great group of guys!

From the first call to the end of our move. Paul was very helpful in getting me all set-up as I had never done this before. They responded within a day to a request to move that week, and were able to get me scheduled 4 days later. We had several large items that were difficult to move. They were quick and efficient, carefully wrapping our bigger items with furniture blankets. We had a chair and a desk that had to be taken apart to be moved and they did so quickly and were able to reassemble them perfectly at the new home. The price was reasonable (just under $500 for two hours of work for three movers). They're worth the money for the quality and care. Everyone was very respectful and ensured we had things placed where we wanted them.

I’ve done a lot of moving in my time. These guys did a fantastic job. They were professional, great personalities and quick. Wrapped all the required needs, and we moved from Olympia to Puyallup. It took them only four hours from start to finish. My wife and I would recommended them to anyone.

This is the third time we’ve used PNW Moving and Delivery. Dmitriy and his team are amazing. They took great care of our stuff, showed up on time and worked hard for hours. Very skilled at helping with pool tables, installing TVs and mounts or any other odd job that comes up when moving. If you want your move to be a positive, stress free event then hire PNW!

I would highly highly recommend this moving company. We hired them to help unload our moving truck at our apartment and separately at our storage unit. They offered us a generous military discount, were very affordable, very kind people that were careful handling all of our belongings. There were only two staff that we hired and they lifted some very heavy furniture up a narrow flight of stairs and through some difficult corners without hitting any walls or scratching our furniture at all. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company.

I was in a bind because my scheduled movers cancelled (due to an injury), but PNW Moving and Delivery were able to accommodate my move on short notice. The crew was professional and pleasant. They were very careful and I was impressed with how they handled the more delicate items (flat TV, piano).Tip: It's useful to keep the box for moving TVs. If not, let them know in advance what size you have.

Movers were fast (1-hr ahead of schedule), respectable, and did a great job for both outbound and inbound transportation. Only minor issue was that I noticed two IKEA drawers had damage on the inner-side corners after it was moved—it is IKEA furniture, so slight damage is expected any time it moves.My expectations were exceeded and would highly recommend the company to friends/family.Thanks for the help & professional move!
