Had a giant 1,000 pound safe needing moved. 3 helpers came and loaded and delivered in just over an hour. Communicated before pick up and great customer service through delivery. Would highly recommend using this moving service!

Brian and Tony were just the best. Promptly came to the apartment to move the furniture. We’re very respectful and kind. No foul language. Very professional. They did not run out the clock , they finished 1.5 hours earlier than anticipated. So very impressed. Would recommend this moving company. Great job guys!

What can I say except job beyond well done by Tim and Matt! These 2 young man did a phenomenal moving job for me. Arrived on time, kind and professional in behavior and appearance. They listened to what I needed done and did it to a T! I hope to not ever move again but if I did I would only call PNW Movers. From planning the movers with Lisa and Dimitri to the movers day itself A++service.Thank you.

I have nothing but the highest praise for this company. It's one thing when everything goes smoothly. Our move was almost a disaster, not of their making, but because in the middle of loading up we discovered that we had no place to unload. They treated us like family. They kept our furniture on the truck ready to move the next day. Gave us time to figure it out. The crew they sent were hard workers, very conscientious and careful. Excellent staff. Excellent office/phone staff also. Thank you.

Victor, Brian and John were great. They handled my two bedroom house in less than two hours and loaded my truck perfectly. They even got my beast of a piano out of the house and safely in the truck without any problems.

I highly recommend PNW Moving & Delivery. They were professional, affordable, and the movers were fantastic! They were quick, took very good care of my furniture and had a great attitude. My move was tricky because some of my things were going into storage & some to my house. They got everything put in the correct locations and I didn't have to oversee or micromanage them. I also changed my move date a week before my original scheduled date & they accommodated me with no problem. Don't waste your time calling around to a bunch of places, PNW Moving is the only call you need to make.

I never did get the guys names, but working with only 1 elevator at the assisted living we were moving my brother out of (they have 2, but they chose OUR moving day to shut one down), they got his stuff from the 3rd floor pretty quickly. The elevators move slow, anyway, and the 1 working one had to stop at ALL floors going up and down to haul residents. So frustrating.At his new place, their truck was too tall to go into the parking garage, and the freight elevator was way on the other side, so the guys worked their butts off going from the street to the elevator.But they got it done in about 3 hours. My brother didn't have a lot, enough for a studio apt, but those darn elevators at both places.......they made the job take a bit longer.Compared to other movers called, PNW's price was the best, by far!!And Lisa, who schedules the work, is great! Don't want to leave her out!We would most definitely use PNW, again!!

Awesome experience with this company. Very professional and did such a stellar job loading our rental truck for a self move. Everything fit together like a puzzle and the crew made it look effortless. Real troopers too considering it was a very hot day. Would highly recommend PNW. Great local company!

They gave us an estimate to ship our household from Washington to Texas and they stuck with it! Dmitriy came and did a walk through and was very professional and friendly. All of our things are now in storage in Texas and we looked at our space yesterday and it is all good. Lisa was very helpful on the phone when I had questions. All in all....They were GREAT!

They arrived on time with prior heads up. They were very professional, moved quickly but also took great care of everything they moved. They moved everything to the correct location with confirmation. Even my big heavy recliner to the third floor.(so sorry) I was very impressed with the quality of the service, the teamwork of the crew (Ryan, Marcus and DJ) and the value at the end of the day. Also they beat the estimated time by a significant amount.This is my first time using a moving company, I highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Had a rush move, got them booked quickly and had them show promptly on the date. They moved the entire house, deconstructing furniture, detaching safes and then re-building everything on the other end. Everything arrived in pristine condition, even the garden plants and pots.

We were highly impressed with the professionalism of our movers. They were young, but courteous, efficient and above all; strong! We had some heavy things to move. Just moved into 3 story house in Gig Harbor with gravely needed help from the PNW team of Tim, Cory & Dennis. These guys moved lightening fast but with precision in avoiding damage to our furniture and to the house itself. They negotiated steep stairways and sharp turns while carrying heavy weight and protecting our property. The worse item was an extremely heavy and awkward treadmill which they placed on the top floor. Nice respectful crew which we hope to meet again for another 16 ft pod in 2wks.
